Homeschool x 6 x 7 x 8 - The Orphanage

For the past 3 weeks, I have been teaching art at a local orphanage here in Manila. There are around 40 kids a class and next week we are heading to the Manila Zoo for a tour, picnic and a outdoor drawing class. Thank you to Barry, Alvey, Carlo, Clara and Gabs for their help over the past 3 weeks.

A big thank you to Dylan B, aka the Cameco Kid for a generous donation that enabled lessons 3-10 to be possible. Thank you!!!

A quick prayer before the meal. A thank you Lady Gaga dance followed. Good times.

Hotdogs, rice and veggies

Second class, collages, this time in a controlled environment. Was much easier and the kids loved it.

Should have known to pick up more Justin Beebs stickers. Hottest item of the day.

Hotdogs, rice and eggplant with eggs. They loved it.

The third lesson was taught by a local artist; Gabby Tiongson. He did a great job and the kids enjoyed drawing Sponge Bob and Crew

Gabs helping out the kids
John Lloyd, this kid runs show. Very friendly and helpful with the other kids. Good dude.
